At the coffee stall on Whitecross Street this morning the guy poured out the milk for my cappuccino for a good 3 minutes, twisting and turning the little jug like a master weaver. 'What is it?' i asked when he finally gave it to me. 'Um.. I was trying to make a Swan.'
Brap....'grinder man' as we know him in our office...idea for a post...interview with publicans and baristas about which beverage it is harder to make art out of....
